Delivery is carried out by the Croatian Post office, or DHL for states in European union. Delivery time of goods will be the shortest possible.
Buyers are obliged to be informed about all the expenses concerning the import declaration of goods to customs, including all import duties.
Galeb d.d. does not take the responsibility for eventual delays of the delivery service.
Galeb d.d. does not take responsibility for changing prices of delivery.
Ordered and payed goods are not subject for any price change.
Customer has right to return damaged goods and the goods that were not ordered. After instructions from our customer service, Galeb d.d. will send correct shipment without additional expenses.
Galeb d.d. can choose another delivery service if this will lead to a more efficient execution of orders.
