Galeb d.d. (hereinafter Seller) will not be held liable for price changes. Prices may be changed at any time without special notice. Goods that are ordered and paid for are not subject to price changes.
The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered goods to the Consumer as soon as possible after the payment of the offer. The delivery takes place on the territory of the Republic of Croatia through specialized delivery and mail services. The delivery price is stated in the offer sent by the Seller and is an integral part thereof.
The Consumer has the right to return the goods he has not ordered or the goods for which an error or damage that was not caused by transport was subsequently determined. The Seller will approve the return of goods after mutual agreement (by telephone or e-mail) with return instructions and will send the Consumer a new shipment with no additional costs.
The Consumer has the right to file a written complaint either at a shop or by mail to the address Seller Punta 6, 21310 Omiš, by fax (number +385 21 / 434-725) or by e-mail at email@example.com . The Seller is obliged to respond to a complaint within 15 days from the day the complaint was received. The Seller is obliged to keep a written record of Consumer complaints at least one year from the date of the receipt of the complaint.
Prior to the conclusion of the contract (purchase), the Seller will notify the Consumer by means of an Offer, a text on this web-site, or otherwise, of the name, company headquarters and parent company where the Consumer can file his complaints, of the main features of the products being offered, of the product price including tax and other charges, of product delivery costs, of the payment method and of the ways and deadlines of delivery of the product, as well as of the Consumer’s right to terminate the Contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, of situations where the right of Consumers to terminate the Contract is not valid, of the costs of using long distance communication ways when this cost is not charged by basic rate, and of the period in which the Offer or price is valid.
In case of a telephone order, the Company's identity, as well as the commercial purpose of the call, will be explicitly stated at the beginning of the conversation. A Contract on behalf of a minor or of a legally incapacitated person can only be concluded by their legal representatives.
The Consumer will be provided with confirmation of this notice in writing or in another available durable medium at the latest at the time of the delivery of the product, or at the latest on the day of the beginning of service provision.
Any Contract concluded by means of distance communication, to which the rules contained in the Consumer Protection Act apply, the Consumer may, without stating a reason, terminate within 14 days (unilateral termination of Contract).
Calculation of deadline for unilateral termination
The contract can be terminated unilaterally within 14 days without stating reasons. In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Contract, you must notify Galeb d.d. of the decision to terminate the Contract unilaterally before the expiration of the deadline by submitting an unequivocal statement by post, fax or e-mail, specifying your first and last name, address, phone number, fax or email address. The enclosed example of a (the fourth page of this article) can be used for this purpose.
A copy of the Notice of Unilateral Contract Termination on our website can be filled out and sent electronically. Confirmation of receipt of the Notice of Unilateral Contract Termination will be sent to you by e-mail without delay.
The deadline of unilateral termination is 14 days from the date: when the goods that are the subject of the Contract were delivered to you or to the third person you have designated, and who is not a carrier.
Return on the amount paid
If you unilaterally terminate this Contract, we will refund the money we received from you without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the date of the return of goods to us or after you provide proof that you have sent the goods back to us.
Refunds will be made using the same method that you used for payment. In case you agree to a different payment method for the refund, it will not generate any costs for you.
Refunds can only be made after the goods have been returned to us or after you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back to us.
Return of goods
Return the item to our address or give it to us without unnecessary delay, in any case no later than 14 days from the date you have submitted your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.
Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are responsible for any impairment of goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Payment currency is "Croatian kuna" (HRK). Payment can be made using credit card payment method (Amex, Mastercard or Visa) via the T-Com PayWay online credit card authorization system, via money transfer method or using cash on delivery method.
T-Com takes care of the secrecy and security of your data when authorizing credit cards. The safety of data on the payment pages is secured by using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with 128-bit data encryption. Exchange of data (e.g. card numbers) between the T-Com PayWay system that performs online payments and credit card authorization centers is done by using a private network that has no access to Internet and is completely protected from unauthorized access, using the ISO 8583 protocol. T-Com completely disables access to data that the participants in the purchasing process are not authorized for. Seller's employees are able to charge, in whole or in part, or to cancel a transaction.
The Seller is obligated to protect Consumer's personal information by collecting only the information necessary to fulfill our obligations to the Consumer. The data is only available to Seller’s web shop operators.
